Shipping & Refund Policy

We are a UK based business and hence we currently ship across the UK. 

All standard shipping orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked service.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 3 pm on business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

Orders may take longer to arrive during peak periods, such as public holidays, promotions, Black Friday, and Christmas.

Due to hygiene & safety reasons, earrings jewellery cannot be returned.

In the event of you receiving any faulty or damaged jewels, please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order. We ask if you can please send across photos/ videos to help us best see the issue and find the best option for you.

Other returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order - and our customer service team will best assist.

Items must be returned in original packaging.

Returns & Store Credit

​•​Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

​•​Once approved, items must be sent back within 14 days of the return request.

​•​Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue store credit (no refunds).

​•​Store credit is limited to 1 per customer and is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

 

Eligibility for Returns

​•​Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

​•​Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

​•​Items with tamper tags or removed tags are not eligible for return.

​•​If an item is returned without its original condition or packaging, the return will not be processed.
